In an affidavit, Matheba says Nkosi “abused me physically and emotionally” throughout the relationship. She says she started absorbing punches and kicks from Nkosi as early as last year. “On that day, he hit me on the body and slapped me in the face,” she says of the first assault she suffered at the 5FM DJ’s hands.
(Really??? And you stayed because…?)
“On another occasion he slapped me across the face following an argument. He later apologised and we put the incident behind us.”
“He assaulted me again in the same year. This time he punched me in the face while we were driving from his place to mine,” she states.
She says she told her mother, who advised her to get a protection order against him but “my attorney and I decided against it as we thought it would draw unnecessary and negative media coverage. (Who would choose negative media coverage over their safety?)
“The respondent has over the years … been verbally abusive towards me.”
About the incident that broke the camel’s back, Bonang says: “He started pulling my hair, hitting my face with a cellphone.
“He kicked … my body while I lay on the floor. He further damaged my laptop, cellphone and crockery by throwing them on the floor,” she claims.
Shame if this is true then I’m sorry but Euphonik is a real meanie who deserves to be put behind bars.
It does say that he said B is a psycho who slit her wrists to get attention. Eish I’m going to wait for court proceedings I can’t deal with all this “he said-she said”.
Matheba and Nkosi are due back at court on July 24 for the criminal matter and in August at the domestic violence court.
Yesterday I learnt that Pam Andrews is divorcing her baby daddy and French hubby Cedric Thivlin. How unfortunate yet another separation but she did tweet this:
“Yes I am getting divorced, and it’s on good terms. We’re friends and parents and respect each other. So don’t worry about us, do you! #mylife” @MissPamAndrews
I respect her for saying something about it. And so I will respect her request and not worry.
FORMER Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana midfielder Steve “Chippa” Lekoelea is accused of rape. Lekoelea allegedly raped a 20-year-old Vereeniging woman after an all night drinking match in Sharpeville, south of Gauteng, last month.
He was arrested then released on R2000 bail when he appeared in the Vereeniging Magistrates’ Court on June 11.

Frank Ocean has come out of the closet. He told fans via his Tumblr page Tuesday that his first love was a man. “4 summers ago, I met somebody. I was 19. He was too. We spent that summer, and the summer after, together. Everyday almost. And on the days we were together, time would glide…by the time I realized I was in love it was malignant,” the R&B crooner wrote. “It was my first love, it changed my life.”
Good for him. Although some people are not in support and say they won’t buy his music anymore. Wow, how many gay artists have come out?? Lionel Richie, George Michael, Ricky Martin,etc and yet people still buy their music.
The bad news first…
Usher Raymond’s stepson -the child of the singer’s ex-wife Tameka and her former partner Ryan Glover-has been declared brain dead. The 11 year old was admitted to hospital on Saturday after he was struck on the head by a jet ski. A source close to 33-year-old rapper told HollywoodLife.com: “Usher is completely devastated and shaken with what has occurred. A decision has yet to be made on whether to take the youngster off life support, and the incident is now being investigated. Shame man I wonder how much can truly do in this situation. It’s sad. My prayers go out to Usher and especially the mother Tameka.

Kourtney Kardashian (my favourite Kard) gave birth yesterday to Penelope Scotland Disick. Congrats hope she grows up to be just as cute as Mason. Kourtney said in a statement: “Scott and I look forward to welcoming you very much, our little angel Penelope Scotland Disick. We are blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably.”
I’m sure you must’ve heard by now that Tom (50) and Katie Cruise (33) are divorcing (after five years of marriage). What is new is that Katie has gained custody of their six year old daughter Suri.
The Someone Like You hitmaker -Adele who revealed last month she was pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki – has created an album of songs and has played them to her belly so the tot can get used to the sound of her voice. Sweet man.
