Loyiso, Gloria Bosman and Pu2ma outdo themselves in the gospel renditions they give in The Gospel in me DVD and CD combo. Although we are inclined to thinking music artists are only capable of offering the genre of music they started with, this trio sets out to prove us wrong in a concert of worship and praise. The fusion of jazz, afro-soul and modern afro-american sounds creates a beautiful ensemble of relaxing and uplifting gospel music. These three artists opened the show in November 2011 at the Lyric Theatre with the heartfelt ‘I just can’t give up now’ to a very appreciating audience. The whole performance just shows how there is really a bit of gospel in everyone of us and whether you sing RnB or Jazz, you can most definitely get your praise on. The DVD is great for any day and occasion, it suits everybody’s tastes and is very versatile to age preferences.
